  Mix together: 1 c. water
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. Karo
1/2 tsp. maple flavoring

 Bring to a boil and cook 5 minutes.

Cool. Pour into bottle.

Cover tightly and refrigerate.

Address Your Envelope Properly

You should use a #10 business-size envelope (not the short ones you use to 
write to your mother.) The envelope should contain the full name and address 
of the person you are writing as well as YOUR full name and address in the 
upper left-hand corner. If the letter is undeliverable because a dealer has 
closed due to death or illness, you will get the letter back if your return

SURVIVE IN THE 90's MARKET

You may be in Mail Order, Direct Mail, or you may be a local merchant with 150 employees or more; whichever, however or whatever, you've got to know how to keep your business alive during economic recessions. Any time the cash flow in a business, large or small, starts to tighten up - the money management of that business has to be on the ball.



 Some of the things you can do and should do, include protecting yourself from expenditures made on sudden impulse. We've all bought things or services we really didn't need, simply because we were in the mood, or perhaps due to the flamboyancy of the advertising, or even because of the persuasiveness of the sales person. Then we sort of "wake up" a couple of days later and find that we've committed business funds to hundreds of dollars for an item or service that's not really essential to the success of our own business.



 If you're incorporated, you can eliminate these "impulse purchases" by including within your by-laws a clause that states: "all purchasing decisions over a certain amount are contingent upon approval by the board of directors." This will give you a chance to consider any "impulse purchases" a second time after you've had a chance to think about the need for your purchase.



 If you're business is a partnership, you can tell whoever it is that attempts to sell you something, that all purchase decisions are contingent upon the approval of a third party. In reality, the third party can be your partner, one of your department heads or even one of your suppliers.

Simply borrow the money - place it in an interest-bearing account - and then pay it all back at least a month or so before it's due. By doing this, you'll increase the borrowing power of your signature, and strengthen your ability to obtain needed financing on short notice. This is a kind of business leverage that will be of great value to you if or whenever your cash position becomes desperate.



 By all means, you should join your industry's local and national trade associations. Most of these organizations have a wealth of information available - everything from details on your competitors, to average industry sales figures, to new products, services and trends.



 If they give you a membership certificate or wall plaque, you should display these conspicuously on your office wall. You customers like to see such "seals of approval" and place additional confidence in your business when they see them.



 Still another thing often overlooked - if at all possible, you should have your spouse work in the business with you at least 3 to 4 weeks per year. The important thing is that if, for any reason, you are not available to run the business, your spouse will be familiar with certain people and situations about your business. These people should include your attorney, accountant, any consultants or advisors, your major suppliers and creditors. The long-term advantages of having your spouse work four weeks per year in your business with you, greatly outweigh the short-term inconvenience.



 Whenever you can, and as often as you need it, you should take advantage of whatever free business counseling is available.



 The Small Business Administration has many excellent booklets, checklists and brochures available on quite a large variety of businesses. They also have management and financial assistance programs that can definitely benefit just about any small business. Most local universities, and many private organizations hold seminars at very minimal costs, often without charge. You should also take advantage of free services offered by your bank and local library.



 You may feel no great need for continuing education courses, but if you learn even one new bit of information that will be of ultimate benefit to you or your business, the little time spent at a seminar or in a night course, will be a wise investment.

 Basically, a self-improvement seminar is a gathering of people where one or more speakers talk on a specific subject. More often than not, only a certain aspect of self-improvement, such as How To Develop A Positive Mental Attitude - is the thrust of the
seminar. In other words, the more successful seminars deal with "specialized areas" of self-improvement.

 These speakers usually wind up their talks with audience in volvement question and answer sessions. Most of them "wind down" with the speaker circulating through the audience, plus lots of opportunity for the purchase of self-help books and tapes by the
people wanting on-going motivation and reinforcement relative to what they've just heard. Always - sometimes even as the featured subject of the seminar - there's a great deal of motivation projected during these meetings.  The average cost per person to attend a seminar is very close to $300 - so your basic audience will be from the upper-income brackets - but if you handle the promotional aspects properly, you'll pull them in from lesser income brackets as well.

 Many seminar promoters employ sales teams to call upon top company executives and either get them to partially pay the cost of several employees to attend as educational or business improve ment investments - or to foot the bill for the sponsorship of a "group seminar" for all of that company's middle management personnel. Many specialty speakers make in excess of $100,000 per year with regular motivational and/or self-improvement seminars in this fashion.

 In the beginning though, you'll get your start by staging seminars for the general public in restaurant banquet rooms, hotel ballrooms, and convention centers. These will entail advertising costs, plus the charges for the rented space, and an "on-hand" inventory of the materials you want to sell to the people who attend your seminars.

 Generally, you'll do best with an intensive radio advertising campaign during the week preceding your seminar date. In a metropolitan area of half a million population, you should probably spend a couple of thousand dollars on radio advertising, plus about half as much for flamboyant newspaper advertising. Once you are this far along, you can deduct business expenses such as supplies, subscriptions to professional journals, and an allowance for the business use of your car or truck. You can also claim deductions for home related business expenses such as utilities, and in some cases, even a new paint job for your home.

 The IRS is going to treat the part of your home you use for business as though it were a separate piece of property. This means that you'll have to keep good records and take care not to mix business and personal matters. No specific method of record keeping is required, but your records must clearly justify any deductions you claim.

 If you're a renter, you can deduct the part of your rent which is attributable to the business share of your house or apartment. Homeowners can take a deduction based on the depreciation of the business portion of their house.

 There is a limit to the amount you can deduct. This is the amount equal to the gross income generated by the business, minus those home expenses you could deduct even if you weren't operating a business from your home. As an example, real estate taxes and mortgage interest are deductible regardless of any business activity in your home, so you must subtract from your business' gross income the percentage that's allocable to the business portion of your home. You thus arrive at the maximum amount for home-related business deductions.

 If you are self-employed, you claim your business deductions on Schedule C, Profit (or Loss) for Business or Profession. The IRS emphasizes that claiming business-at-home deductions does not automatically trigger an audit of your tax return. Even so, it is always wise to keep meticulously within the proper guidelines, and of course keep detailed records if you claim business related expenses when you are working out of your home. You should discuss this aspect of your operation with your tax preparer or a person qualified in the field of small business tax requirements.

 If your business earnings aren't subject to withholding tax, and your estimated federal taxes are $100 or more, you'll probably be filing a Declaration of Estimated Tax, Form 1040-ES. To complete this form, you will have to estimate your income for the coming year and also make a computation of the income tax and self-employment tax you will owe. O'Charley's Baked Potato Soup.

3 lbs. red potatoes
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/4 cup flour
2 quarts half;and;half
1 pound block Velveeta cheese, melted
White pepper, to taste
Garlic powder, to taste
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisply
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup fresh chives, chopped
1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
Dice unpeeled red potatoes into 1/2 inch cubes. Place in a large
Dutch oven, cover with water and bring to a boil. Let boil for 10
minutes or until almost cooked. In a separate large Dutch oven,
combine melted margarine and flour, mixing until smooth. Place over
low heat and gradually add half and half, stirring constantly.
Continue to stir until smooth and liquid begins to thicken. Add
melted Velveeta. Stir well. Drain potatoes and add to cream
mixture. Stir in pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce. Cover
and cook over low heat for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place
soup into individual serving bowls and top with crumbled bacon,
shredded cheese, chives and parsley

Use factory frozen 1/4 pound beef patties from your grocer's
freezer.
The Rest:
1 sesame-seed hamburger bun
2 tomato slices, chopped white onion, 2 dill pickle slices, 2 large
lettuce leaves
The sauce:
1 Tablespoon of mayonnaise
1/8 teaspoon lemon juice
dash onion powder
dash sugar
Mix together-set aside.
Cooking your Jumbo-Jack
1. Pre-heat an electric griddle to 400 .
2. Toast your buns by laying face down on the griddle for about a
minute. Set aside.
3. Cook the still frozen beef patty 4-5 minutes per side, salting
liberally before and after turning.
4. Dress as follows;
Top Bun:
Half of the pre-made mayo sauce 1 Tablespoon chopped, white onion 2
dill pickle slices 2 lettuce leaves 2 tomato slices
Bottom Bun:
Spread the remaining mayo sauce evenly.
5. When the burger is finished cooking, drain the fat, and apply to
the dressed top bun. Add the dressed bottom bun.
KFC Cole Slaw
1 head of cabbage, shredded
1 or 2 carrots, grated
1/4 onion, grated
Dressing:
1 cup Miracle Whip Salad Dressing
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup oil
1/4 vinegar
Mix together the dressing and pour over cabbage mix. Let it sit for
a few hours before eating.

1. Learn how to organize your material:

There is a great deal of material that you will accumulate on the topic. Learn to sift through it in an effective manner. Decide what needs to go into the actual talk, what can be given in hand outs, and what may be brought out in the question and answer session after the presentation.

2. Make the presentation interesting:

Naturally no one wants to sit through a large chunk of information that makes little sense. Add some entertainment in to the script so that people stay awake and listen to what you have to say. Some jokes in well placed areas will also be well received.

3. Use visually effectively:

Pictures speak louder than words. So make sure that you have enough of them to illustrate your point. 4. Sharpen your voice projection:

Your voice is your most effective tool. While you don't have to take voice training sessions, at least make sure that you are aware of how to vary the pitch and pace so as to stay interesting. Don't scream or whisper. Get the right tone and be polite all through out, specially in the question and answer section. Yes people will miss points you already covered in the presentation. Mention that you have covered it and be polite.

5. Be clear and precise in speech and thought:

When you know what you want to say you will be clear in communicating it. So get down with a pen and paper and jot down what your audience needs to know by the end of the presentation. Cover each point well and make sure there is no ambiguity left in the audience about what you are trying to convey.

6. Overcome nerves by practicing the presentation beforehand:

While a regular presentation can be handled with ease and little preparation, if it is a major business proposition, put in the extra effort. Specially if you are looking at a raise or promotion and are presenting the material to your seniors or the boss man himself. Believe me the extra effort shows.

What's the key to writing a book that sells?

That's simple.

You must write a book your audience will want to read.

Quite often I meet writers who don't concern themselves with their readers as much as they do with the "message" they hope to impart to these readers via their book.

There are a couple of HUGE problems with this way of thinking.

First, if you write a book mainly because you have a strong message for your readers, your book will tend to become WAY too preachy.

When this happens, you won't find a publisher for your book because good publishers realize that readers do not want preachy books.

Second, if you choose to self-publish your book (which you'll have to do since this is the only way you'll be able to get your message out to the world), then you'll still end up with a preachy book no one wants to read. But now, you'll have a basement or garage full of these books.

A good coach can help you avoid these problems by showing you how to figure out just what your audience wants to read.

You can still weave "your message" into your manuscript.

But you will learn to do it in such a way that your readers will think your only reason for writing your book was to provide them with the help they needed.

Sebelum mengisi campuran orgonite di mal, anda jangan lupa memberi pelicinan yang tipis seperti oli supaya anda dapat dengan mudah melepaskan Orgonite dari mal waktu resin sudah matang. Usahakan anda mendapatkan perbandingan Resin dan Logam mendekati 50 per 50 (untuk ukuran volume). Kalau serbuk logam agak kasar, anda bisa mengisi logam dan kristal terlebih dahulu kedalam mal, kemudian tuangkan resin dari atas sampai logam bersaturasi dan tertutup.
Apabila serbuk logam terlalu halus, lebih baik mencampur logam dan resin dicangkir sebelum dimasukkan ke dalam mal memakai sendok. Setiap campuran resep dalam pembuatan orgonite selalu berbeda dan anda harus berusaha sendiri sampai menemukan suatu cara untuk hasil yang lebih baik untuk anda.
Orgonite dapat berfungsi tanpa kristal tetapi akan lebih bertenaga kalau anda mengisi batu kristal (mohon dilihat dengan teliti instruksi untuk membuat 'TB' dan 'HHG' agar perincian persis untuk kristal yang dibutuhkan). Untuk 'TB', anda hanya memerlukan kristal yang telah hancur tetapi untuk 'HHG' anda memerlukan kristal yang memiliki satu ujung yang memang lancip ('single-terminated' atau 'ST' kristal).

Tower Buster (atau TB) digunakan untuk 'gifting' biasa dan mengubah energi negativ dari Tower HP dll. menjadi energi positiv.

Kasih sedikit serbuk logam di dasar mal, letakkan satu kristal di pertengahan dan tutup kembali dengan serbuk logam sampai malnya hampir penuh. Ulangi langkah ini untuk tiap - tiap mal yang ada di loyang dan anda siap untuk mengisi perpaduan resin dan katalist.
Tuangkan resin yang sudah dicampur dengan katalist, usahakan aliran resin sampai kebawah mal sehingga logam tertutup.
Kalau serbuk logam terlalu halus, lebih baik resin dan logam diaduk di cangkir terlebih dahulu kemudian diisikan ke dalam mal memakai sendok.
Tunggu sampai resin menjadi matang dan Tower Buster anda sudah selesai.

Holy Hand Grenade (HHG) berbentuk kerucut dan bisa dipakai didlm rumah atau di alam.
Karena HHG menggunakan kristal yang besar dan tembaga yang berbentuk spiral di dalam orgonite yang banyak, menghasilkan potensi tinggi untuk mengubah energi negativ menjadi energi positiv.
Cara membuat Holy Hand Grenade (HHG)
Lipatkan selembar kertas fotokopi dua kali, keatas dan kesamping kemudian buka kertas supaya terbentuk kerucut.
Tambahkan isolasi kertas agar tetap berbentuk kerucut.
Balikkan kerucut kertas dan dudukkan di cangkir.
Selanjutnya anda bisa membuat spiral memakai kawat tembaga setebal 1.5mm atau 2mm (anda bisa membeli di toko kabel).
Energi positiv (orgone ) suka sekali melewati kawat tembaga yang berbentuk lengkung.
Potong kawat tembaga sepanjang 60 cm dan lengkungkan sehingga membentuk spiral searah jarum jam (lihat foto) agar bisa masuk agak longar di dalam kerucut kertas.

Tuangkan resin yang berkatalisir di atas serbuk logam sampai bersaturasi.
Kemudian isi serbuk lagi dan tuangkan lagi resin yang berkatalisir sampai mal menjadi penuh.
Kalau serbuk logam terlalu halus, anda perlu mencampurkan resin dan serbuk logam dicangkir terlebih dahulu kemudian tuangkan ke dalam mal memakai sendok.
Setelah selesai, serbuk logam dan resin harus penuh secara bersamaan.
Jangan sisakan resin yang tidak berisi serbuk logam.
Setelah resin matang, HHG juga sudah selesai.

Blacksmithing is the perfect choice for the plate users and melee DPS classes since most of the items crafted only have a purpose for these classes.

Starting out, you are going to need your apprenticeship so you need to find a trainer to get it. Trainers can be found most large cities. I have found that if you are having difficulty, you can ask around to other players and you should be able to find one pretty easily. Basic items Needed to get Started as a Blacksmith To start off with you are going to need some grinding stones, coal, different kinds of flux such as weak, strong or elemental. In most cases you will also need materials such as leather or gems. But, you can just stick with the basics for your first recipes. You must have a Blacksmith Hammer to craft your goods. Another thing to note is most items can only be crafted at a forge. There are Forges in all the major cities though, along with many smaller villages.

You will be able to becoming a weaponsmith at one point, and you will have the choice of becoming an Armor Smith, Axe Smith, Mace Smith or Sword smith. There is the chance that you will be able to redo your choice but this will cost between 25G-100G, so don't pick the wrong one.

* There is bliss in knowing that we are provided for, that our needs are met. When we are provided for, we are left to a state of intense fulfillment and a rich sense of enjoyment of our life. Engulfing oneself in such a state leaves all matters of duty, responsibility and obligation outside of our cocoon. Outside of this bubble, others clamor to fill the void in control which we have left behind.

* We strive to impose our will onto situations and manipulate conditions to our will. By so doing, we carve our own path through life, meticulously building our lives in the image we had set out at the onset. Leaving things to chance is avoided at all cost. Careful planning is the mantra, behind which controlled execution leads to advancement toward our stated goals.

These descriptions, while sounding harshly opposite and incompatible, in fact describe the two conditions of the modern man. Indeed, they might even describe the same man at different stages of his maturation within the society.

We are all born into different circumstances and our upbringing materially influences our perception of the importance of maintaining control over our lives -- something we call empowerment and self determination.

The material conditions in which a child is raised -- weather in poverty, in middle class comfort or within a high level of affluence -- affect the later adult differently insofar as the way in which the individual perceives their need to self determine his destiny. Of these three classes, the poor and the wealthy, particularly when in their extreme, tend to gravitate toward placing little importance, or outright dismissing of such need. On the other hand, the middle class individual tends to cherish this right and value its importance in defining his life's course.

Both Poverty and Wealth Influence Liberal Thinking

An individual born into poverty, by the time he becomes an adult member of society, has likely developed a sense of hopelessness. In all likelihood, he and his immediate surrounding have drawn on the society's support resources for much of their life and known little opportunity to witness the results of their own contributions. Self-determination is not a practical objective when survival and subsistence absorb the focus of daily activities. Dependence on support systems becomes complete with diminishing opportunity to divorce oneself from their perpetual grasp. There are few if any support systems which aid in the building of the individual's self esteem, or to teach him to creatively engage in activities that yield the betterment of his condition.

An affluent individual that has achieved a high measure of wealth and comfort progressively becomes more and more withdrawn from the productive part of society. Once a predictably affluent lifestyle is achieved, the individual no longer feels the need to control many aspects of his life, and is willing to relinquish such control to the support system that his wealth has produced. Self determination is no longer a principle goal as wealth has dampened the individuals desire to further contribute to his surrounding and society at large.

In either case -- poverty or affluence -- a desire to absolve oneself from the societal expectations arising from empowerment, succumbs the individual into accepting a system which will provide for him and relieve him of the high expectations which self determination would otherwise impose on him. In one case, the support system is structured around government social programs; in the other, it is built by the individual to support his own needs. In either case, the individual is inexorably drawn toward promoting a liberal attitude which, because it defines his life and is necessary for his existence, he both accepts and actively cultivates.

The liberal thus created considers his condition to be permanent and has little desire to change it.

Conservatism - The Middle Class Ideology Alternative

This is contrasted with the mindset of a person cultivated in the traditions and upbringing of the middle class. To the middle class, affluence is an attainable goal. It is within reach, provided that one exercises control in a prudent and well thought out way. Any support systems created by the government, even though they may cushion an unintended fall, act as a repelling force which, when approached, remind the individual of the consequences of the loss of control over their own destiny. Becoming caught in their web is typically a source of embarrassment, but not resignation.

The middle class individual considers his position in society as transient; not as a destiny but rather as a path toward his fulfillment of attainable goals. He gazes up toward examples of success and models his behavior so as to maximize his chances of fleeing his current state. He is not angry with those who have excelled beyond his own levels of success. Instead, he learns from observing them and adjusts his actions to improve his own measures. He detests acquiescence and is infuriated by his own failures and others acceptance of failure. His attitude is strongly shaped by the Constitution's founding principles, which act as both a guiding light and also provide the boundaries within which his actions are contained.

Most importantly, the middle class conservative is not willing to relinquish (or delegate) the controls necessary for him to craft his own path toward fulfillment.

Call To Action

While conservative principals of self determination are natural to the spirit of every human being, people need to be cultivated into accepting of dependence as a way of life. Liberalism is not an equilibrium to which all forces draw, but rather an unnatural state which needs to be constantly built up and reinforced, lest it collapses of its own artificial weight. Certainly history gives many examples of such implosions.

Yet in our society, the marketing of socialism and extreme liberalism has been masterfully crafted and is being executed before our eyes. Conservatives should make particular note of the dominance of liberal ideology among the poor and the affluent.

Sweet Home

A home is a place where we live for good with our dear ones. It is the place having an emotional address of my grandparents and of course mine own. It can't be denied that home is the supply base for a man's physical and mental needs. It is from home that a man inherits the cultural and social tradition,learns how to cope up with different situations of life. The positive influence of a home makes a perfect social being bubbling with the spirit of benevolence and humanity. It is the negative influence that turns one to the way to hell, devastation and chaos. Home thus plays a great role in shaping the personality of a man making him either a god or a beast.

At home the child is reared under the guidance of the parents and the elders. They influence it in an immense manner. The child in the very beginning leans to follow the steps trodden by its superiors, watching them from every corner with minute details. If the home corner is a really cozy one , perfect abode of peace and tranquility the baby grows up in a healthy manner. From the very beginning dreams loom large in his eyes and he determines to follow the foot prints of his superiors. In the long run it is noted that he is a perfect man in the true sense of the term.

If the home front is busy with constant war and tussles the baby can't find the path, hover in the dark, and finally can't but choose the wrong direction failing to thrive properly. It is not the baby who in the long run becomes a devil it is the people of the home who goad it to the way to destruction, misleading it at every moment with absurd ideas.
